For Suit No. LD/3265MFHR/2016 before Hon. Justice O.H. Oshodi, the lawyer sue Linda for damages wey she don cause as she bi dey use im picture anyhow for her blog, as she dey write crime tori about him which im yarn say e dey affect him mentally and psychologically. So she go pay fine of N50, 000,000 (Fifty Million Naira)
Court com yarn say make she no use Mr. Olumide Babalola’s photos again or write tori about him wey no good or else she go go dey live for prision.
Tori com yarn say, the lawyer wey just returned from New York, United States of America,don write letter before before to warn sisi Linda, but our sisi no answer am, say she tell the lawyer say him just dey do shakara say im no fit do anything.
Finally, Finally court sha don move the case for September 2016 for hearing.
