Na Oyo State House of Assembly yarn dis tori for dem bill.
Inside the bill wey dem pass, dem say anybody wey dem see to dey smoke for shopping centers, restaurants, public toilets, cinemas, hospitals, creches, schools and public transportation vehicles within the state, dem go sama am three to six months jail or dem go pay fine of between N15, 000 and N50, 000.
The bill also yarn say, if dem catch anyone wey dey smoke infront of pikin, na one year imprisonment or the person go pay N100, 000 or dem go kukuma sama the person both.
Tori yarn say the bill com comcompulsory any body wey dey involve, wey get public companies, make dem put a ‘No-Smoking’ sign, say if dem refuse and dem no put am, dem go pay 250, 000 fine.
