Justice of the Federal High Court, Abuja,John Tsoho, today,denied Nnamdi kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and director of Radio Biafra bail.
He ruled that Kanu was a threat to national security and as a result would not be granted bail.
He said that if he released Kanu , he might commit the same offence again and there was a probability that he would jump bail because he possessed dual citizenship.
He therefore said Kanu should be remanded in prison until his trial, because he was a threat to national security and since he has dual citizenship, could jump bail.
