Tori from The PUNCH, don yarn say the Chairman, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, don appeal to the Niger Delta Development Commission to pay the allowance, tuition and other incentives of students on its scholarship scheme for the United Kingdom.
